At BaliBihe, every celebration we plan is unique, personalised, and carefully crafted. Because our services involve advance coordination, vendor commitments, and custom preparations, this Cancellation & Refund Policy ensures fairness for both our clients and our team.
By booking or purchasing any BaliBihe service, product, or package, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. General Overview
Once planning, coordination, or production has commenced, certain fees and deposits become non-refundable. We always aim to support our clients, but wedding planning requires locking in vendors, resources, and labour early.
2. Wedding & Event Planning Services
2.1 Deposits
A Wedding Organiser Fee is required to secure BaliBihe for your event. This fee is non-refundable.
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure dates, vendors, venues, décor, and all planning services.
This deposit also covers pre-planning, vendor coordination, design preparation, administration, scheduling, and other work already completed.
2.2 Remaining Balance
The remaining 60% balance is due no later than 30 days before the first event date.
Failure to pay on time may result in services being paused or cancelled until payment is received.
3. Postponements & Rescheduling
Your deposit may be transferred to a new date within 12 months, subject to venue and vendor availability.
Additional charges may apply for date changes during peak seasons or public holidays.
All postponement requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days before the original event date.
4. Product Sales (Décor, Accessories, Gift Boxes, etc.)
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped or entered into production.
Custom-made, engraved, or personalised items are non-refundable once production has started.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. A replacement or store credit will be provided depending on stock availability.
5. Digital & E-Invitation Services
Because digital products are created and delivered immediately:
These items are non-refundable once files or access links have been delivered.
If the error is caused by BaliBihe, we will correct or re-issue the design at no additional cost.
6. Force Majeure (Events Outside Our Control)
In situations such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, venue closures, severe weather, or travel bans:
BaliBihe will work with you to reschedule your event within 12 months.
Please note:
Third-party vendor deposits (venues, catering, entertainment, decorators, etc.) are subject to their own policies and may not be refundable.
7. Cancellations By BaliBihe
If BaliBihe must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances:
You will receive a full refund of payments made, excluding completed services or materials purchased specifically for your event.
We will support you in transferring confirmed vendor bookings where possible.
8. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Additional processing time may be required for Shopify, PayPal, Stripe, or international banks.

BaliBihe reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The most recent version will always appear on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
