Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BaliBihe, an Australian-registered wedding planning and event styling business founded on trust, integrity, and passion for creating meaningful experiences.

BaliBihe operates this website and online store (the “Site”), offering planning services, décor hire, e-invitations, digital tools, and related products (collectively, the “Services”). The Site is powered by Shopify, which provides a secure, professional, and seamless purchasing experience.

  • Destination Wedding Planning and coordination (Bali, Sydney, Nepal, and other destinations).
  • Event Décor Packages and styling rentals.
  • Digital Tools such as e-invitations, RSVP management, and guest list platforms.
  • Merchandise and Accessories like décor items, photo booth hire, and wedding gifts.

All descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.

4. Orders & Bookings

Placing an order or confirming a booking represents an offer to purchase a product or service. Your order is accepted once:

  • Payment is processed; and
  • You receive a written or email confirmation.

BaliBihe reserves the right to accept or decline any booking or order. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations may be subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy (outlined in your agreement or proposal).

You agree that purchases are for personal use only, and not for resale or unauthorized reproduction without a partnership or licensing agreement.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD  unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for:

  • Shipping or delivery (for physical items).
  • International transaction fees (for overseas clients).
  • Venue permits or third-party vendor fees (for wedding services).

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use that method and agree to pay the total amount including applicable taxes and fees.

BaliBihe uses secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal) to protect your transactions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

For physical products:

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Once dispatched, the risk passes to you.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

For event-related items (e.g., décor, rentals, or wedding boxes), delivery dates and logistics are coordinated as per your event plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site—including images, copy, logos, product designs, wedding concepts, catalogues, and media—is the exclusive property of BaliBihe and protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission. Breach of this clause may result in legal action.

We may provide access to third-party tools or links (e.g., Shopify apps, e-invitation generators, or social-media integrations).

Your data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information for bookings, inquiries, and online transactions.

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or content to BaliBihe, you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, publish, or promote that content across any platform.
You confirm that:

11. Errors & Corrections

While we aim for accuracy, occasional errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur.
